Our Scriptural Foundation

We are to preach and teach God’s holy inspired word in all its truth and purity. Mark 16:15, Matthew 29: 18-20

We are to administer the Sacraments, Baptism and the Lord’s Supper, in accord with our Lord’s directive, to build and strengthen the family of believers. Ephesians 4: 11-16

In preaching God’s Good News, we seek to reach lost souls for Christ, both here by direct contact and throughout the world by means of supporting the mission agencies of our church. Acts 1:8, Matthew 28: 18-20

To provide various opportunities for each person to serve and worship God with the time, talent and treasure that has been bestowed upon each. 1 Corinthians 12:4-31, Ephesians 4:16

Also, we seek to serve the community in which God has placed us, that we may be a “good neighbor.” Ephesians 4:7, 15-16, John 13:35, Mark 10:42-49
